Florida bride and her bridesmaids destroyed their dresses after her fiance called off the wedding in a text.
Tampa bride-to-be Kiley Manulak was engaged to for more than two years and when her big day finally came, she had everything as perfect as she wanted — including her beautiful wedding gown. There was only one problem: Shortly before her wedding date, her fiancé dumped her. Through a text message. That's a hell of a lot for anyone to bear, but Manulak managed to find a way turn her heartache into a pretty memorable experience.
Manulak told NBC News she decided she needed to destroy her wedding gown, a cathartic act that's a pretty good "screw you" to the whole breakup. So she and her bridesmaids went to Tampa's Color Fun Fest, all of them dressed in their gorgeous bridal wear. They covered their fancy dresses with neon-colored cornstarch, all but ruining them.
"I don't want a pity party. I just want to have fun with it," she told WFLA. " It was actually very liberating."
